data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Hoi, ik ben Caroline van de Vendel, oprichter van Studio Waves.<\/p>\n<p>Lange tijd had ik last van spanning en hoofdpijn die maar moeilijk wegging. Yoga kwam op mijn pad als een praktische manier om beter te leren luisteren naar mijn lichaam. Het hielp mij bewuster te worden van patronen in bewegen en leven, en liet mij zien waar de balans ontbrak tussen inspaning en ontspanning.<\/p>\n<p>Gaandeweg ontdekte ik dat het cre\u00ebren van ruimte in het lichaam en rust in het hoofd ondersteunend kan zijn bij herstel en welzijn. Die ervaring vormt de basis van mijn werk en van de lessen bij Studio Waves.<\/p>\n<p>Mijn werk komt voort uit liefde.&nbsp;Liefde voor mensen, voor het lichaam, voor stilte, voor verbinding.<\/p>\n<p>Ik geloof dat we gedragen worden.
